The St Moritz Cricket Club Annual General Meeting  will take place on Saturday 4th July 2025, at Hotel Reine Victoria (Laudinella). The meeting will commence at 7.30pm and will be immediately followed by an apéro.

Agenda

Opening of the Meeting/Introduction 

1. Approval of the Minutes of the previous AGM 

2. Presentation of annual report of the President 

3. Presentation and approval of Treasurer’s report  

4. Presentation and approval Auditor’s report 

5. Discharge the members of the outgoing Board from their obligations.  

6. Elect the members of the Board.

◦ Secretary 

◦ Treasurer 

◦ Additional Board Members (if proposed, or deemed necessary) 

7. Approve amendments to the Statutes  

8. Election of Auditors.  

9. Set annual fees for Ordinary and Social Members 

10. Presentation and approval of the Treasurer’s budget for the forthcoming year.   

11. Consider and decide on applications for Honorary membership & Patron.  

12. Debate and vote on proposals submitted to the agenda of the AGM.  

13. Any other business (input from the floor) 

Closing of the meeting 

Voting members should arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Doors open at 7pm. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend and witness the meeting, though they will not have voting rights.
