Introducing Jon Briley
At the Cricket on Ice Trophy 2024 we welcome Mr Jon Briley to the team of officials. We asked Jon to share a few words of introduction with us, and are very happy to
introduce him to the wider Cricket on Ice community in this article.
Jon is a recent addition to the Middlesex umpiring circuit.
A serial entrepreneur with a string of successful businesses behind him, he has also worked for World Wrestling Entertainment as a TV producer.
Jon started umpiring when the lingering effects of chemotherapy put an end to his playing career.
Jon is quoted as saying, "I am very excited to be part of COI2024 and hope that it will be the first of many international appointments"!
