Introducing Onesimus Koilraj

Onesimus Koilraj is a highly experienced international cricket umpire with nearly a decade of officiating across Switzerland, Guernsey, Czech Republic, and international European tournaments. His blend of ICC- and ECB ACO-recognized qualifications, leadership roles within cricket clubs, and consistent participation in major tournaments, including many finals, demonstrates both credibility and long-term dedication to cricket officiating.

He is also an IT Program Management director in a multinational company based in Switzerland. With a strong academic background in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA, he combines professional leadership experience with a long-standing passion and active involvement in cricket officiating.

He holds multiple recognized cricket umpiring certifications, including ECB ACO Stage 1 & 2 (2016) and several ICC accreditations completed in 2024 (Umpire Foundation, Level 1, and ICC T20 International Match Official CPD Module). His dedication to officiating has been acknowledged with the Cricket Switzerland 'Umpire of the Year' award in 2019.

Onesimus has extensive umpiring experience across Europe since 2016, officiating in Czech Cricket leagues, Swiss Premier League matches, Swiss T20 and Premier League Finals, multiple Pepsi Cup tournaments, 4 Cricket-on-Ice tournaments, and major ECS/ECI tournaments—including 18 ECS matches and 8 European Cricket International (ECI) matches in 2023. He also previously served as the Secretary in the Brno Cricket Club Board in the Czech Republic for two consecutive years. He is a current member of the St.Moritz Cricket Club (SMCC).
